Michael offers flexible presentation formats ranging from 30-minute school assemblies to hour-long community workshops, adapting his message to fit your audience and venue needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and rescheduling policy By booking with Michael Cavallo, clients agree to the following terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and any other changes to the event. Cancellations For cancellations with 91 or more days' notice: If you cancel the engagement 91 or more days before the scheduled date, any payments made will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations with 31–90 days' notice: If you cancel the engagement between 31 and 90 days before the scheduled date, you will forfeit the deposit. For cancellations with 30 or fewer days' notice: If you cancel the engagement 30 or fewer days before the scheduled date, the full speaking fee is due and non-refundable. Rescheduling For rescheduling with 31 or more days' notice: You may reschedule the event to a new mutually agreeable date within 12 months of the original event date. All payments made will be applied to the new date. For rescheduling with 30 or fewer days' notice: Rescheduling with 30 or fewer days' notice may incur a penalty fee. This fee will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis and will cover lost income and incurred expenses. Force majeure (unforeseen circumstances) No-fault cancellation: In the event of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as a natural disaster, sudden illness, or travel disruption, either party may terminate the agreement without liability. Speaker's responsibility: If Michael is unable to provide services due to a force majeure event, he will work with the client to either find a mutually agreeable date to reschedule or assist in finding a comparable substitute speaker. If a substitute is used, any payments made will be credited toward a future engagement. Other important details Payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the engagement. Travel and accommodation: All travel, lodging, and per diem expenses for the speaker are to be paid by the client. Specifics will be outlined in the final agreement. Recording and intellectual property: All of Michael's presentation materials, content, and recordings are his intellectual property. Any recording or distribution of the presentation is prohibited without prior written consent. Customization: Any requests for specific customization of the presentation or additional services outside of the agreed-upon scope may require an adjustment to the fee.
