Bodies in Motion
Ongoing Collaborative Classes with NewBridge Services
Discover the joy and healing power of conscious movement. Bodies in Motion is an interactive class specifically tailored to help seniors and community members reduce muscle stiffness, release unhealthy physical habits, and cultivate fluid mindfulness. No prior dance experience is required—just a willingness to move and breathe.

Movement in Recovery
In this practice, we use movement to express repressed emotions in a healthy way. Participants explore supporting and feeling supported by others, building trust in relationships, and facing life’s challenges with conviction and commitment. A vital part of staying sober is creating new patterns of thought and behavior, fostering connection, and learning to process emotions safely.
Each session includes time to discuss individual recovery goals and current challenges. Together, we explore how to move through these obstacles, releasing them from both the mind and the body.
