Community Drumming – Drumming facilitates a state of relaxation, joy, and a sense of well-being. In addition to learning rhythms, come develop tools to encourage wellness & social interaction. 3rd of 4 class-series. Encouraged to attend all 4 (not required). Drums available for use during class.
