Sound Healing Meditation Led by Daniel McBride, 13 Hands, a.k.a. DALIEN

Through Native American flutes, Steel Pan/Hang Drums, Crystal/Tibetan Bowls, Ancient Chinese Wind Gong, ambient stringed instrumentation, percussion elements and vocal chanting, you will enter into a state of mind that is incredibly relaxing, reducing stress and anxiety, giving your nervous system the reset it needs. Daniel McBride 13 Hands, a.k.a DALIEN is a two-time Grammy nominee, professor of Yoga at Montclair State university, world chant/kirtan wallah, presenter and sound therapist who has been immersed in many studies, approaches and styles of yoga, holistic health education, shamanism and contemporary/world chant music for over 30 years. He is dedicated to the ongoing integrataion and application of sound, music, holistic nurturtion and yoga on the human body and their role in strengthening immune function and improving overall health. He has worked with Fortune 500  Companies, the US Air Force, veteran associations, recovery organizations, and more. Additionally, he has shared the stage alongside, Oprah, The Dalai Lama, Peter Gabriel, Krishna Das, Josh Groban, Shiva Rea, Gary Null, Dr. Emoto and others.

He plays over 75 instruments, has released 13 albums over various genres of music and his instrumental healing music has been proven to reduce anxiety and improve sleeping challenges. He shares with joy, love, passion, and a super sense of humor.
