LIFE Center Stage is committed to bringing arts to our community. We are inviting local youth artists under the age of 21 to submit to be part of a Youth Art Exhibit at Rest Stop Rejuvenate located at 21 Maple Ave. Rockaway, NJ 08766. The exhibit will open on Sunday August 5, 2018 and will be shown until August 31, 2018.
To be considered for the event, please submit a JPG or PDF of your best artwork. You may submit up to three pieces. All work must be original and have been created by an artist under the age of 21. All submissions should be appropriate for audience members of all ages. Click here to submit
Artwork in oil, acrylic, watercolor, crayon, graphite, charcoal, scratchboard, pastel, pen and ink, or mixed media, photography, digital art and sculpture are acceptable. Artwork should be no smaller than 8"x 10". If the artist wishes to submit their art for sale it must be priced, labeled and wired by the artist. All work should be ready for display upon submission. LIFE Center Stage will retain 25% commission for artwork sold during the event. NO SALES may be made directly by the artist.
Deadline: Submissions must be received no later than Wednesday July, 25, 2018.
Artists will be notified no later than Thursday July 26, 2018 of acceptance of their work. Art must be received at Rest Stop Rejuvenate on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 between 6pm and 8pm.
Artwork will be displayed at Rest Stop Rejuvenate - 21 Maple Ave. Rockaway, NJ 07866 from Sunday August 5, 2018 and will be shown until August 31, 2018.
